Return & Exchange Policy

At Alaturca Furniture, we take great care to ensure that every product is delivered safely and in perfect condition. Our return and exchange policy applies only to items that arrive damaged or defective. Due to the nature of the furniture industry, we do not accept returns on used products.

1. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the product has visible damage, defects, missing parts, or manufacturing issues, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged area
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a free replacement or replacement parts as needed.

2. Exchange Policy for Damaged Items

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • We will offer a free exchange, or
  • Send replacement parts at no cost

You will not be charged any fees for approved damaged-item exchanges.

3. No Returns on Used or Assembled Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been assembled, used, or installed
  • Damage occurred after delivery due to moving, improper assembly, or misuse
  • Customer changed their mind, style preference, or size/measurement concerns
  • Custom-made or special-order furniture
  • Normal wear, fabric variations, or minor natural material differences

Because used furniture cannot be resold, such items are not eligible for return.

4. Damage Caused After Delivery

Any damage that occurs after the delivery has been accepted—including during relocation, self-assembly, or improper handling—is not covered under our return or exchange policy.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
  • Once the order has shipped or delivery has been scheduled, cancellation may no longer be possible.
